Talk is cheap...Mr Mizengo pinda

I real have enough respect to Mr Mizengo pinda our prime minister, but i have no respect for his decision to stop Mr john magufuli plans to demolish all houses which have been built on the roads reserved areas. What  logic Mr pinda are you trying to use, or your among people who built in those areas, a family member?, a closiest friend  or an old girlfriend? or all the above.

I mean THE government always preach about good gorvenance and rule of law but this is totally against that spririty. Then with no shame you meantion that the matter should be discassed on the cabinet. What for it means if a minister tries to fulfil his or her duties should 1st ask for permision from the cabinate. i think DR magufuli dicision is within his office and is the right one.

This smells of higher up hands(rich people and those with money) those who grab lands any where they wants ilegally. they know they ve broken the law, they have connection within the gorvament and can easly lobby the government and the goverment easly bow down to their demands.

To discAss what in the cabinate mr pinda?. This people broke the law they built where they are not suppose to build and by law they are not suppose to get compasation and shoiuld vacate and demolish their houses without any delay/. what the meaning sheria ichukue mkondo wake?. why we make laws if we cant follow them through?. then we should do away with bunge which eates a lot of our tax payers money.

Just a remainder Mr pinda you swore to uphold and respect the constitution and kuitetea na kuilinda KATIBA and to respect the laws of the land. What is there to discuss if people have broken the laws thats it no discution and to make matters worst said its not necessry to demolish all the houses?. seriously ? most likely most of the cabinet members have built this road resevered areas and their familised their business partiners thats why we are at this present qugmare

this in no way to lead the country Mr pinda your a leader you should show a good example and leadership
to your citizens so as the can follow you. But if your seen  to condone people who breaks the laws and to defend them you will loose your respect and you will be in the wrong side of history.

What mr Magufuli is showing and doing is comandible and a good job but as usally its the rest of them who always let him down.

keep up the good work DR.

Welcome to Danganyika

Welcome to wandanganyika country where there is no viable national airline, where there are dormant ports, outdated railway infrastrusture with the colonial time locomotives, not to mention the 19th century road network, chronic power cuts. Yes pips welcome to port of peace.

Yes welcome to a place where the well off mostly MAFISADI and corrupt public officials drives 150 worth cars on dirty crumbling roads? waring suits in 35 degree heat. yes pips this is bongo land.

i always ask my self why the high public officials drives cars worth a lot of money (MASHANGINGI) while there is no desks or books in our schools, no medicine in hospitals and clinics up and down the country?, our mothers are dying in maternity wards couse of lack of medicine and all we are promised is free mosquito nets?, you guys should be serious stop smoking that grass(addicted to power while the brain is intoxicated)

i always ask my self most of senior officals in public life been out of the country and have seen the world a bit. when they come back are they not ashamed by the state of our country?. i means this are not private trips these are state funded strips(u and i paying for them through taxes) for this guys to go chilling abroad. yeah i said chilling if they went there and be serious seriously on state business we should have been bearing the fruits of their work right now.

I mean for any one who ever been abroad should see the defference once they return home i mean the state of the airport and the rough services they offer, the roads outside from the airport i mean i could go on and on..   These people are the ones who are responsible for running this country and the trips overseas should be an eye opener on and a chance to learn how their counterpart run their affairs. even if the trips are specifically for educatinal courses or semminars i dont think much is learned by our officials, Its business as usually as we see lunch time in DODOMA and in the evinings during the BUNGE the bars are full of  government cars which means the WAHESHIMIWA are having a quite deserving relaxing time. abroad should be no defferent.

I wont blem you guys, You are the ones going abroad to negotiate the various contracts i.e Dowans Radar to name the few and sell the danganyika nation. Why should you care about anything? as long as u get u r VIJICENTI (not specifically talking about RADAR) thats all its matters.

The VIJICENTI  follows with a nice house in mbezi beach(electricity, water and sanitation left to your own device), The government rarely provide those services since u have vijisenti it shouldn't be a ploblem to get a generator and digg a hole. A nice 4 by 4 car (guarantee to pass worst roads in the world  for example tanzanian roads) and optional NYUMBA NDOGO.  U should be able to live happily forever after and leave the rest off us in dire poverty.

Hello out there thats how things works out in bongo land. YOU get yours and leave nothing for any one.
Why do u think Mps and other public figures bribe there way into public offices. As we all know what happen during last year primaries elections in CCM. A number of candidets where caught red handed bribing for vote and got arrested by TAKUKURU. The funny thing nothing up to now happen to those individuals and some of them are now in public offices and in bunge. I am a strong believer of innocence until proven guilty but at least out of those people who got arrested at least 1 conviction please?????/.

WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE IN GONGO LA MBOTO?

As the citizens of tanzania and  businesses continues to help thier fellow citizens of gongo la mboto, there is little to be seen by the government accountability. Help has been pouring in from all over tanzania from religous institutions, public or private institutions, banks and even from ordinary citizens also overseas embassies. As the money and goods poures in the next logical question is is it going to be distributed equally to the victims or is going to be business as usual as it has happened over and over again in this kind of situations.

Thats is why i wanna drell on this question of accountability. In other countries the 1st thing to happen after a disaster in this magnitude is to set up a command center as to coordinate rescue operation between defferent agencies i.e Fire, Ambulance, Police and the local government. 2nd is to identify victims to set up a actionable plan how to help with i.e Family reunions(as the bombs went off people had to run so families got separeted), Emegency shelters(for those whos houses were destroyed) and provied basic human needs while people are waiting to go back to there houses if anything is left behind.

Thats how the initial process should work. The command center also will be responsible to receive all the donated goods or money from the public. As usual in african tanzania there is no such thing as a command center. its just to complex for us.
We will just set up a simple committee with same people who lives in gongo la mboto and some who dont even lives there. There is definitely going to be corruption on the doneted funds and goods. The list of victims will be inflated as to add more victims just for same people to profit from the disasteer. To be modest some funds and goods will ended up on wrong hands.

accountabiliy? what accountability. Even if the president promised that there will be fair compensation to all victims and the assessment will be done by the army, The army has not shown any accountabily and is the source of the ploblem at hand and if there is any one to be held accountable for this shamefull masecre of innocent civilians should be the army and its masters at ministry of defence. The president should remove or suspend the membersof the armed forces responsible for the explosions.
This is not an attack on the army but its an honest truth bear in mind it has happed before at mbagala base dar es salaam on aplril 29,2009. As then and now no accountabily just fake promises that it will never happen again. Mbagala victims some were left to their own devices as the compesetiuon was to late to little.

Lets take both cases mbagala and gongo la mboto, just imagine if the"accidents" as the government proclaims
happened in a privete company or instiotution resulted on same amount of deaths and distructions.
the same government through its police force and judicial arm will go hard on those who owns those institutions, most likely the owners and whoever was negligent will be prosecuted in the court of law and surely ending up in jail for long time or gets a death penalty (we still have death penalty laws in TZ- just a reminder) what an accountabily? just a thought?.

The army will produce the list of people who needs to be compensated  but the list will be already chakachuliwa by no fault of army investigaters, By the end of the day people will profit from this disaster and some victims will received less than what they deserve and some will get more than the deserve and some will get nothing. As we have seen it before again and again until people wake up one day and say enough is enough this is no way to run a country. We have seen all before people we just bury our head on the sand.

The culture of compensation delivery in tanzania is full of faults,Corruption, Greedy, Excessive force by Government  u name it any thing associeted with bad governance. We have seen it all before when our roads need expansion, airports, ports etc. Excessive police force used to remove people from their ancestral lands making way to wawekezaji(wachekeshaji) in maining sector, tourisim (ngorongoro) with little care of an average poor citizen of tanzania. Keep up the good work
So just to let you know pips that even though you have doneted with all your heart and soul most likely your money will ended up someones pockets who is no a victim. So keep up the good work pips and be ready for another episode like this in the near future in the village, town or city near you. Sleep tight
